Geistnote offers a lifetime warranty for normal use. The silent plug itself is not covered because it does have a lifetime of 10,000 mating cycles. We will replace the silent plug for the cost of the plug. Normal use does not include bending the cable in half. If the cable malfunctions, please ship the cable to us and we will either replace, repair, or refund your money. A receipt of sales must accompany the cable.
