The last time I was in New York City, I saw this flatware pattern on display at the Museum of Modern Art. This iconic mid-century modern design was created by the famous designer Don Wallance in 1953. All pieces were made with high quality 18-8 stainless steel, which holds up very well with age. Each piece is hand-finished and shows very minor variations. There is also some variation in the manufacturer markings on some pieces.
