Comes primed and ready for your paint color!BASE plate is 3" with (4) 3/8" HOLES FOR BOLTING DOWNSquare Tube is 1 1/4" x 1/4" thick welded to a base plate. Tube is 3 3/4" high and a 1" post pockets INSIDE the Square tube. Fill with a strong bonding agent to secure legs and fill any gaps. One set screw is on the side to re-secure railing leg then bolt down base plate. Plate helps cover existing concrete holes also!
